I love doing engagement sessions! There’s just something magical about two people in love and ready to start their lives together. Amber and Brandon are no exception! It was obvious that they adore each other 
They didn’t need much direction, I just shot away as they looked into each others eyes and said how much they loved each other.
Brandon proposed last month while camping on Amber’s birthday. They love the outdoors and nature so we met up at the Cedar Grist Mill in Woodland, WA for their session. It was one of the hotter days we have had this summer but they were troopers and a blast to work with!

Little ‘C’ {Portland Oregon Cake Smash Photographer}

A couple of weeks ago this little cutie came to see me on his first birthday for some smash cake fun
It was an evening session and after a busy day celebrating with cup cakes at daycare, I think he would have been more interested in a nap than he was the cake. Luckily we still got some cute shots

Jennifer {La Center High School Senior Photographer}

I met up with Jennifer and her mom, Kathleen, a couple of weeks ago for Jennifer’s senior portraits. Not only is she beautiful, she is also outgoing and so easy to talk to you. I only spent a few hours with them but it was apparent that mom and dad have done an awesome job with her.
After hair and makeup we headed to downtown Vancouver, WA for some urban shots and then into Portland for some garden shots.
